My interest in holistic wellness is very personal. I suffered for many years from chronic fatigue, joint and muscle pain, and multiple infections. Resources that supported natural healing brought relief, energy, and strength. Feeling better has encouraged me to study and learn all I can about natural healing. I am very passionate about sharing the knowledge and resources that have helped me. I pray that my friends and clients may benefit from my journey and ministry.
